Hello @mrmateuz I have had a review at your store and it looks pretty good to me tbh. Since the issue occurs when the checkout process has already started, maybe you should consider adding pop up deals, offers, and discounts to help push customers pass the final stage.

Can you give me a good application for this? Is there any website you can use for me to use as an example? that would be great!

A good app for starters is the bundler app for making and mixing bundle packages. You should definitely give it a look. It has a host of great reviews on the app store as well.

Hi @mrmateuz,

It sounds like you're experiencing a common issue with cart abandonment. Here are a few strategies you might consider to help improve your conversion rate:

  1. Optimize Your Checkout Page: Make sure your checkout process is as streamlined as possible. Allow users to check out as guests, and keep forms short. Consider adding a progress bar to show users where they are in the process. Ensure that all costs, including shipping, are clear upfront to avoid surprises.

  2. Trust Signals: Add security seals and customer reviews to your site to build trust. Make sure your payment options are clearly displayed and include trusted providers.

  3. Abandoned Cart Emails: Use email reminders to recover abandoned carts. Shopify has features that allow you to send emails to customers who have left items in their cart.

  4. A/B Testing: Continue testing different versions of your checkout page to see what works best. This can help you identify any specific issues that might be causing users to abandon their carts.

  5. Payment Options: Ensure you offer a variety of payment options that are clearly visible on your landing pages.
