The issue I am having is I have been with shopify for the past 18 months and zero sales, seeing our items were selling elsewhere, but not with our store, we see we have had over 500 visitors but no sales of items which are selling at other places.
I know I have a facebook something instagram something linked to our store fully operational, but no way of knowing anything about what it was or where it is or how to use it etc. 100% clueless about 100% of everything, hence why I never use it because I literally know nothing about it, I also been told I have a facebook shop and an instagram shop - apparently - but I have no knowledge of that either, so nothing I can do about that. I was told a few times in the past by shopify that I do not need to know anything about it, how can anyone go to something that not even the apparent owner of that shop knows anything about ? I know nothing about it, where or what it is etc, literally 100% know nothing about it.
After almost 2 years on shopify and zero sales, and low visitor numbers, I am needing someone who can go through out our shopify shop to check the site engagement and appeal and what apps or functions or features, or theme etc, to see how to make more engaging to customers to come and buy, because I have no idea. I try with my limited knowledge and seeking assistance from someone who knows what they doing about all this stuff.
Reason why I created our online shop is to raise money to help those who are in need, from those who are unable to get a job, or homes are falling apart, dont have access to fresh drinking water, people trapped in abusive relations, help people who don't have access to education, create libraries in remote areas to give them access to education, water tanks, computers and solar panel to enable them to gain education, provide education and resources for people to either gain employment or start their own businesses to provide for themselves and their family, people who are in domestic violence and drunk relationships, etc etc. We been in towns and villages where we seen first hand these things, people water supply is just what lands on their 44 gallon rusty drum, people been attacked with machette and cut tendon at back of leg at their anckle and no longer can walk and so far from medical they are unable to get treated and now limp for rest of their life, etc etc. Seen how just a little help can make a difference, eg, few thousand $$ can provide water tank and water capture so they can have fresh drinking water, resources to remote areas where they have no money and no way to educate their children and no resources to educate, with a little assistance we could provide resources so that they can educate their children.
People in remote villages and towns who have depend on seasonal crops only have some money for a few months, then they have nothing, and they do not have funds to repair their homes, or provide basic necessities, eg, some when they need water, they need to travel a long way and through different villages / peoples land to access water from creek, and need land owners permission, and if there is hostilities, they unable to get water.
These and many more things we seen first hand where people are in such needs, where just providing a few resources can change someones life and the lives of their family, eg, I also been to place where they are so distant remote village, they have nothing, but they can make quality string based items which in towns is very popular, we could provide resources for them to make and means for them to transport to towns about 90 minutes away to be able to sell in town, thereby giving that community an income, as well as those who transport it to town, as well as those in town who would sell them items. but to provide these resources cost a bit of money, eg, few thousand for a water tank each, a few hundred for materials for people to make the products, a few thousand for solar panels and computers and building to make a library for remote village people to access outside world for education, materials to make repairs for peoples homes, etc.
Seeing this great need, I created our online shop at Shopify to raise funds to go towards helping people in this way and others. But in the past 18 months, nothing. So needing someone who could go through my store and see where improvements could be made wherever, what recommendations to make, how to use apps I have that I know nothing about, what other apps or advertising needs to be done and how, etc, everything is costing me so far with no results.
So need someone who can go through my store, who knows I do not have a budget at the moment, someone who not just say, give me $$$ and I will do this and that, but then at the end, I have nothing but more expenses and nothing to show for it.
If can find someone who can go through my site, do what is needed to bring in sales through whatever they do or change or revamp or promote, or whatever they do, to get achieve results, so that then we could give them a thank you for what they did, and use the funds from sales to assist those in need, and if they do stuff, whatever they do that bring in sales, we continue to hire and use their skills.
Because at the moment, we have 0 sales, zero budget, do not know what we do not know, I do not know what I am missing, or what is not right. Any assistance would be appreciated.
I know 100% nothing about facebook shop or instagram shop, although apparently I have one. I do not know what is wrong with my store why nobody is visiting or buying from it. I am new to all this, so need someone who can go through and see what needs altering or whaterver, so we can raise some funds through sales to pay for all them things, and then use the profits to help the people in the communities who are in need like what we said above.
I know people who have no power to their home, they are in darkness, home where they live they have rotting floor boards, other issues is home with rain water drain problems where they do not have funds to repair their homes. etc etc.
Any assistance from someone who knows what they are doing would be much appreciated.
If you know anyone who could share this vision of assisting people, who could go through our site, fix what needs fixing, show how to do what is needed in areas. because this is all new to me.
I have been sent so many dozens of links, URL's to dozens of courses and videos and so forth that seem so much that it would appear to take literally a lifetime to go through it all as there is just so many, eg, the courses they saying to take. And I do not know what them things are that are being shown.
Is there someone you may know or recommend who knows all about all this stuff and has a proven track record of sales and success who understands and can sympathise with our current situation who would be able to assist us in gaining sales ?
Not someone who will say give me $300 or give me $2500 and I will tell you this and do that and then it is on your own. Then after paying all that money to them, I have zero results as they did not do anything that brought in any sales. I have paid people in the past and had other in the past say they will bring in sales and can do this and that, and paid some, and they ended up doing nothing and brought in no sales what so ever.
So therefore is there someone you could recommend who could go through our site, do what is needed to bring in sales, proven by results, and then when they bring in sales, they can be blessed with products or cash payments afterwards.
Want to make sure whoever next time is someone who can actually bring in results, not have to pay and then pay another etc, and still with no sales. Someone who can bring in the sales first to show they can do what they say, revamp our site or whatever, promote some products / product lines and actually bring in sales which then could be used to pay them if that is what they are wanting and willing to do.
Dont want to pay someone and they do what they do, and then no results, I might as well not paid them for no results and I still would be in the same situation.
I willing to pay if that brings in results, but they need to bring in results, I can not continue running the business indefinitely with no sales.
Especially when the focus of what we are wanting and trying to do is raise funds to assist others. So far 18 months of wasted money as no sales.
Is there anyone you know you could recommend who would be able to assist in our situation ?
Too many people are wanting money up front first for no results.
