Marketing Campaign Email blocked for my shop?

When I try to send a marketing campaign email I get the following:

 

"Your email couldn’t be sent

Shopify Email is blocked for your shop. Contact Support to troubleshoot the issue."

 

Since I can't actually contact anyone at Shopify right now, what am I supposed to do?  This feature worked last week, and doesn't work all of a sudden?

 

Ambiguous messages like this are extremely annoying, as they could have just sent an email saying the reason or something along those lines.

This is an accepted solution.

I have since not had this specific issue, I do not know if it was something they had messed up on the back end of the software but it appears to be working fine now.

Hi,
Don't worry it seems like any misjudgment or policy violation case or any change in the policy of Shopify. Which may get resolved
You can directly contact Shopify support through twitter: https://twitter.com/ShopifySupport or I would suggest you can directly ask any of the Shopify staff members from the community, like @Dani @Andrew, they both can help you better in this matter.

Yes it is annoying, I sent my first Email last week with no problem and
just now when I go to make the next one is says 'Shopify Email is blocked
from your store'. I have contacted support will revert back if I get any
reply.

This just happened to me. This is getting annoying. First Google Ad Words blocks me the first day I opened an account and now this. How am I suppose to advertise?

It seems like you're sending spam and only promotional emails.

Don't do it bro.

You need to send email, that actually generates you a whole;e of revenue, don't just take it as daily task.

or maybe you violate some policy.

Hi @Dani and @Andrew I'm having the same exact issue with my Shopify email.  I sent out my first email campaign once. Now my email is blocked. This is what I get:

Shopify Email is blocked for your store

You will not be able to send campaigns to your subscriber list. Contact support to troubleshoot.

Since there's no way to call anymore, how can I fix this? I couldn't find any useful information in the community on this topic/ Please help!

same here, has chatting with the agent for more than 1 hour, nothing solved and they disconnected twice already, changed 3 agents......
