Marketing Help

Hey guys I'm new to this forum and somewhat familiar with how it works, but this is my first post so any feedback would def appreciated. Without further a-dew, here's my situation

So I work for an entrepreneur who runs several different companies, and owns a warehouse which he operates them through. Essentially, we run a business that handles logistics, storage, and distribution, which basically serves as a parent company to our online stores t. As of right now, we only use the warehouse space, along with our connections with Chinese manufacturers, to sell merchandise for our online stores(primarily clothing based). There a few ways in which I am attempting to scale up our business, one being that we bring on somebody who is successful with dropshipping to help us get more traffic, create better sales funnels, guide us through digital marketing(affiliate marketing, SEO, facebook ads, etc.). Im basically looking to hire somebody to help us market and sell our products. The obstacle is that I'm not entirely sure how to go about this, which is why I'm making this post. I'm hoping you guys can give me some feedback on all of this, like please let me know how I can find somebody to fill this roll and let me know if you or somebody you know would be able to interested in working with us. Would seriously appreciate ANY input, advice, or comments on this whole situation.
