I need help with mass sending emails, but I don't want to send them to all of my email subscribers. I only want to send them to specific emails. Do you know which app or tool I can use to accomplish this?
At the moment, I am using Tidio for customer service and Shopify emails for the email marketing part. However, as far as I know, you can only send emails to all of your subscribers at once or all of the people that have purchased.
What I'm trying to do is send an email to those who are affected by a delay we are currently experiencing. Does anyone know of a good app, tool, or method I can use? Or if it is possible to do this using Tidio or Shopify emails?
I would ideally like to use the apps or the tools that I have already and I'm not looking for a email Marketing app or ticketing system, because I have that on lock already, but I need to send emails not to all of my subscribers but the emails that I choose.

Multiple email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Sendlane do offer this feature
You can also do via Shopify, first create a customer segment who you want to send the email to and then while crafting an email in Shopify select this customer segment

Suppose you have received 1000 orders and you know that 100 orders are back order and you can not ship them in next 5 days. You can select those order and send emails to those customer.
