Menu Navigation & SEO

Hey, I am planning to change the structure & naming a bit of my menu navigation - e.g. change the display name of my current L1's of how they read in the menu.  As the business grows and we expand into more products.  Is just changing the name of the menu nav going to impact SEO. (assuming the page title stays the same.)
