I am having a lot of issues with these Merchant accounts. I chatted with Shopify and respective organizations help support lines but no solution. I would really appreciate help on fixing these issues, as its hindering sales significantly. Here are the issues i am facing with Google and Pinterest.
Both Merchant accounts are talking in general terms like policy is not listed, product description is not clear, refund policy is not clear. Everything is mentioned on production pages. I have attached screenshots. Please let me know whats the issues and how can I fix them, so i can list my products on Google and Pinterest and other merchant accounts.

I can only speak about Google Merchant Center.
Google requires a lot of trust. So I recommend adding your business address, phone number, email address (matching your domain name) and business hours on your contact page.
Make sure to add your availability status on the product landing page.
Your cart, is forcing customers to accept terms and conditions, this is not allowed.

This needs a detailed checking and talking to google support after detailed check.
Google needs everything in place about your company policies, trust shipping, returns etc.

When you submit products to the merchant center you need to check if you have added the availability, price, and other attributes correctly. You also need to check if the landing page is correct and if the checkout process is smooth. If any of these are violated then google will loose trust in you and it might be a difficult task to get your account approved.
