Merchant Center Account suspended

Hello, my Google Merchant Account was suspended due to misrepresentation. I added information to a few products, like size, age, gender,... However, this hasn't changed anything. The issues are still there. I have read all the policies and I don't think I am violating any of them.

Can somebody check my website and see what I am doing wrong?

Remember that I haven't completed all the information of all products (like size, gender, etc).

Thanks,

Silvia.

This is an accepted solution.

For example remove the popup.

Don't use @gmail.com instead use @xquisitlab.com

Missing address, contact form and social links in your contact page

Your website is 2 to 3 months old and you are selling products that are counterfeited a lot. This will raise some flags with Google.

You have no information about what you sell: https://xquisitlab.com/products/blue-leather-angel-amore-crossbody-welcome-purse

@silvia_louros No, I was definitely not saying you are selling counterfeit. Just saying that the products you sell are counterfeited a lot.

Meaning Google is very careful with listing these types of resellers. The issue is that from a legal perspective, Google is liable for all listings, so anything that Google may find high risk, will get disapproved for that reason. Although Google will of course not say that.

So to avoid Google making an assumption, make sure to collect reviews.

Submit barcodes to Google Merchant Center.

Mainly having reviews will help increase trust.

Hello Emmanuel,

thanks for your help. I will change all the issues that you mentioned.

I just want to know how you came to the conclusion that I am selling counterfeited products. My supplier is Brandsgateway and they gave me a Reseller Certificate that is on the website. And I am paying to Brandsgateway a fee to resell their products. Do you have any information about Brandsgateway that I don't have? And if you do, how can I have access to it, so that I can cancel my contract with them?

Or was it only your impression when you saw the website?

I would really appreciate your help on this issue, because I don't want to sell fake products.
