Meta Ad campaign sales not showing on Shopify dashboard

Hi, 

For some reason the sales generated from my Meta Conversion ad campaign are not showing up on the Shopfiy Dashboard. There are clearly sales happening but I can only view via Meta Suite. The sales did previously show but now I cannot see any sales from Facebook ever. They have all disapeared.

I also see this message: Your Facebook channels has been updated to a new version managed by Meta. As a result your campaigns have been disconnected. Continue to manage and track them directly on Facebook"

How do I fix this so that I can see the sales by Facebook channel?

Has anyone from Shopify looked into this? We've also had the same issue, but I can't see one reply from a Shopify rep to help fix the problem.

Did you ever get a resolution to this? I am having the same issue. Google campaigns show on the dashboard but not meta.
