meta pixel doesn`t work on the checkout page

hi

so installed everything as i should and connected facebook pixel with my store and it worked, but somehow it doesn`t implement the facebook pixel on the checkout page from my store. My GF is working as an online marketing manager and even she can`t figure it out why it doesn`t work there. so how can i fix that ? because we need the pixel there because it`s one of the most important one^^.
