Meta Pixel not firing for ATC (Add to cart)

Meta Pixel is not firing for ATC (Add to cart)

I've searched through Google, Shopify Community Forums, and ran test events through Business Suite but I can't seem to get my "add to cart" on my pixel to fire, from what I can see it shows the event as a "custom event". 

We've been open for around 18 months and make sales every few days so I know the issue isn't the event not happening. Pixel seems to fire for everything else such as purchases and initiating checkout etc

I'm at a bit of a loose end with it

Did you contact the Shopify support team? what they said, is this possible or not?
