I have order Items on the 8th of November and I still haven't got it what's going on

I appreciate the context that you have shared about your order. I am sorry to hear that you have not received your product! As Shopify is a platform that hosts businesses, we do not actually manage or ship the orders - this would be the store that you made the purchase from.

 

In this case, I would suggest to attempt to reach out to the business that you have ordered the item from. Typically, the business website will have a Contact Us page located towards the footer of the store. Once you have reached out to their support, they should be able to provide you with additional support to your order.
