Misrepresentation of of Self or Product ( Untrustworthy Promotions )

I am frustrated and fed up now due to Google's suspension. Google is not approving our merchant account. I am following all the guidelines given by Google and also consulted from other Google Experts but still Google is suspending our account and mention that our account is suspended due to Misrepresentation of of Self or Product ( Untrustworthy Promotions ).
Our product description is unique, We are adding Privacy Policy,Shipping policy, Payment options, Refund Policy, Payment icons delivery time each and everything but still we are having this issue. Can someone please assist that what can be the reason?
