Hi - I have the Facebook Sales Channel installed on my store but it is reporting some discrepancies in terms of purchase data. I frequently see things like "2 purchases" but then no purchase conversion value associated with the purchases. This is unfortunately throwing off my average order value data and making it much smaller than it should be. Does anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix? I'm not aware of much that I can do since the connection is made through the Facebook Channel itself.
Additionally, it appears this is tracking the subtotal price of the order. I'd ideally like to be tracking the total price on the order (including taxes & shipping) as that is how I was previously reporting data. Is there a way to do this through the channel?
Thanks for any help!
-Caroline
it may appear after a few days, or you can add the custom columns again and try refreshing the page. Facebook tracking has not been up to the mark lately
The Facebook sales channel is not very prompt in displaying the purchase value. It takes some time for it to show value.
