My audience gets smaller each time I post an ad (example in the photo)

I recently started using the add to cart as an information source, which I combine with my pixel to narrow my target audience.

And I've noticed that every time I post the ad, the target audience is significantly reduced and actually destroys the ad.

I would love to know what I am doing wrong and how I can solve this awful problem.
