I have verified my account and DMARC, etc. and it makes no difference. My marketing emails go to spam. Can someone please help me resolve this. I have never sent out a true spam email, just regular marketing ones. What can I do to resolve this?
Hello there @jtrosenthal in this picture below, here’s a list of a few stuff you need to ensure/cross check to avoid your emails being tagged as spam

Hi @jtrosenthal
To prevent your marketing emails from going to spam:
1-Authenticate Your Domain: Ensure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are properly set up. This builds trust with email providers.
2-Clean Your Email List: Remove invalid or inactive email addresses. Use a verification tool if needed.
3-Improve Content:
4-Check Sending Reputation:
5-Personalize Emails:
6-Test Emails Before Sending: Use tools like Mail Tester or GlockApps to analyze spam triggers.
7-Engagement Matters:
8-Check IP Blacklist Status: Ensure your sending IP isn't blacklisted. Use tools like MXToolBox.
These steps should help improve email deliverability and reduce spam issues.
I hope this can answer your question.
