Hi @Aromabuyonline

Shopify allows you to buy your own products. So, this cannot be the reason for banning your account.

Could you please share your website URL to understand the reasons for ban.

Hi @Aromabuyonline

Buying your own products is unlikely to be the reason your store was suspended. If you’re seeing the message “your store is not available,” it could be due to a few different reasons:

  • Store Suspension: Your store may have been suspended for violating Shopify’s terms of service.
  • Billing Issues: If there’s a problem with your billing, like a missed payment, your store might be frozen or unavailable.
  • Technical Issues: There could be a temporary technical issue affecting Shopify.

Here’s what you can do to resolve it:

  1. Check your email for any messages from Shopify about your store’s status.
  2. Visit the Shopify Status page to see if there are any ongoing platform issues.
  3. If your store has been suspended or frozen, reach out to Shopify Support for further assistance.

Best,

Daisy

Hey,

As DaisyVo mentioned, check for any emails from Shopify. There is a high chance that Shopify would have emailed you regarding the reason for banning your account. Check your inbox, spam, and all other folders.

Next, You can also find the links to Shopify status and Shopify support pages in DaisyVo's answer itself. You have to click on the underlined phrase, that's all!
