If you are having problem getting sales on your store, maybe there is enough traffic or not or people are just adding to cart, since it not leading to sales then there is something missing out on your store. I will help you get ROI(Return of investment) by doing email marketing and I will use klaviyo CRM platform. With that I can guarantee you sales if not then you have to go into social media marketing

Thank you for your feedback! I’m not getting a lot of abandon carts and I
have an automated system to recover those if so. I use Privy for that as
well as email marketing, triggers to capture emails prior to exiting the
site and other functions.

Hi @AdorJewelry2021,

Ok, I would look into your analytics and check the exiting pages, see the funnel (how many people add a product to cart but don't finish the purchase). Maybe there might be an issue and people leave the checkout page?

Send me a link to your store to niki@hey.com and I'll help you out.

Hi @AdorJewelry2021,

I think there might more many factors why your website drives the traffic but not many sales.

  • How long have you been on the market? And how long have you been working on marketing? The competition is very strong in the jewelry/accessories, so it will definitely take some time before you build your brand.
  • What marketing channels are you using? Have you tried finding a influencer for your products? This could help you at the beginning.
  • Is everything working on your website? The add to cart button? The checkout?
  • Do you use analytics? And which? Check what are the most visited pages and which are the exit pages -> you might find out that people are leaving on one specific page. Then you can find out why.
  • I've checked your website and found this (MacOS, Safari):
    • The first screenshot – something wrong with the buttons and the layout
    • The second screenshot – I guess you want to use some margin/padding at the top? The navbar and the main heading – too close to each other...
    • These slight things might also discourage your visitors from buying your products.

Thank you for your feedback! When you say something wrong with the buttons,
do you mean the link isn’t working? “View More” is the only button that
directs visitors to a navigation page displaying each collection.

The spacing on the navigation bar - can you elaborate?

Hi @AdorJewelry2021,

the buttons (they're working), I meant the layout with the buttons (sorry, I didn't describe it well). The buttons are too close to the text on the right site. There is no spacing. Plus, on the left side, the customer reviews are also too close to the buttons. The theme is beautiful but the layout of some elements doesn't look professional to me.

The spacing - sure. I would add some spacing under the navbar. It will look clearer.

Send me a link to your store to niki@hey.com and I'll help you out.

There are many ways for high traffic but no sales it is because this doesn't match what your customer needs, wants, and expects or your store's navigation could be one of the reasons why your visitors aren't converting.

Offer discounts or free shipping or give free product on purchase amount of cart items. According to my research most customers are attracted to offers and discounts. By doing upsell and cross sell you can increase your sales. I would like to suggest one Shopify app that may help you in boosting your average order value. And the app name is iCart Cart Drawer Cart Upsell app.

Hi

Hi there! You can try good keyword research in your industry to build a strong SEO and PPC presence. Bringing traffic to your eCommerce is awesome, but bringing quality traffic allows you to maximize conversions. A good trick to know is that you can search your competitor's keywords and use them to your advantage. See which keywords work for them, and which are more costly.

Hi @AdorJewelry2021 ,

When it comes to marketing for eCommerce brands, social media activities seem to be valuable for an increasingly competitive industry like online retail.

Marketing on social media offers an effective way to grow brand awareness and bring qualified traffic to your website. The method includes activities such as posting content in form of text, image updates, videos, or other types to drive audience engagement.

Here are some tips:

1. Increase Shopify sales with popup promotions

After creating upsell bundles and discounts, the next step is to start spreading the word. Popups are a great way to draw your customers’ attention towards these promotions and offers.

Some people believe that popups can be pesky, driving customers away. This might be true for those who are using them incorrectly. But when done in the right way at the right time, popups can lead to the conversion of 40%  of your store’s visitors into customers. All you need is the right Shopify app to increase sales.

2. Affiliate marketing

Affiliate marketing is a marketing model which helps to grow your business faster and stably. This marketing campaign allows merchants to connect with various affiliates, and then they will use their advertising sources such as social media channels, websites, blogs, etc, to promote your products. The affiliate commission is successfully recorded whenever a customer makes a purchase via the unique link or coupon associated with their recommendation.

As a large business Shopify store owner, you will want to overcome your competitors, gain more backlinks, more trust, more visitors, and more sales, and one of the best Technics to drive high-quality traffic toward your online store is through the affiliate program.

By using an app such as UpPromote: Affiliate Marketing, some bloggers, YouTubers, or anyone with less to no marketing knowledge would want to join your affiliate program to earn a commission per sale.

Giants in eCommerce such as Amazon – who was the first to use the affiliate marketing strategy- rely on affiliate marketing to maximize their revenue, so why not you? UpPromote: Affiliate Marketing is a potential recommendation for you. With simple clicks, you can run your own affiliate program and double your revenue at the less cost possible.

UpPromote_1-1630336128658.png

Why Use Affiliate Marketing?

Cost-Effectiveness

Affiliate marketing may be the most cost-effective form of advertising since you’re only paying for results. Once you figure out ongoing operating costs, it is fundamentally impossible for your affiliate program to operate at a loss because you know your cost per acquisition from the start.

In fact, affiliate marketing does not need a huge amount to build a customer service team, or running advertising. This campaign helps to mitigate any risks that drive traffic or run social ads with little or no result for your Shopify business, while also ensuring that merchants achieve what they pay for.

Sales

With UpPromote: Affiliate Marketing, generating an affiliate program allows you to tap into potential sources of traffic and revenue that you would otherwise not be getting. This is especially true of physical products, for which affiliates can do product review blog posts or videos, for example.

UpPromote_2-1630336197450.png

Brand Awareness

Not only can affiliates drive sales for you, but they can also boost brand awareness simply by reaching a larger audience and increasing your traffic and exposure. Even if visitors don’t buy anything, they may sign up for your newsletter — that means you’re growing your email list for free and can potentially get a sale by marketing to those visitors in the future. You can even drive offline conversions via something like an in-store voucher through the affiliate program, or you can drive consumers to offline retailers if you don’t sell direct.

A research reported that 92% of customers trust the recommendations of people, companies or influencers they know. For this reason, working directly with affiliate marketers who then promote your products to their established audience, brings more opportunities and more direct sales. The plus of affiliate marketing is to expand out into new markets that you haven't explored, giving your brand a much stronger online presence.

UpPromote_3-1630336198170.png

SEO Value

Publishers (the affiliates) link to your website to send traffic your way. Provided they aren’t spammy, these links are usually beneficial for your off-page SEO efforts, since inbound links are a huge factor in Google’s ranking algorithm.

The “Industry” Is Growing

As previously mentioned, U.S. affiliate marketing spend is expected to grow 10 percent over the next five years to $6.8 billion, fueled by the enormous growth of e-commerce  and social media.

Customer Data

UpPromote: Affiliate Marketing provides you valuable data and insight into how, where and why your customers are buying, which you can then use to make smarter marketing decisions in the future across other channels.

3. Give out free gifts

Many of the tactics suggested here to increase Shopify sales include offering discounts and deals, because we believe that this creates a fair win-win situation. But more than that, customers already go online shopping with the expectation of being offered  some type of deal. So, you should make sure your store doesn’t disappoint.

I hope my recommendation will be helpful for you. Be patient with your business and good luck!

All the bests,

UpPromote: Affiliate Marketing

Hey @AdorJewelry2021

It's definitely no fun having a website that produces no conversions. Firstly, whats your URL? If you were to share it maybe we can find a deeper reason why your strore isn't converting. In the meantime, I can suggest that one of the main reasons your store may not be converting is due to shipping costs/timing. When I started my store years ago I had a bunch of vistiors drop off at the checkout page once they saw 2-week shipping that wasnt even FREE. So I would suggest editing and setting clear expectations about your shipping times/rate. If you need more of a resource, I found this amazing blog that goes deeper into it

Hi @AdorJewelry2021

This is Boost Product Filter & Search - a solution that grows more sales for online stores by letting shoppers find the right products within milliseconds. As a Shopify Partner who is trusted by over 11,000 merchants, I would like to provide my recommendation.

Back to your question, here are some of our ideas and solutions when it comes to the great traffic but no sales situation:

  • Target the wrong audiencereview your results and re-evaluate insights you have to recreate buyer personas. Once you find out what drives their decision-making wheel, you will know how to change your marketing approach.
  • No security signalsSecurity matters a lot to eCommerce websites as they involve online transactions and personal information. Thus, nobody wants to make a payment from a website that cannot guarantee the protection of their payment details. To win the absolute trust of potential customers and increase sales, it’s time to make sure your e-store is secure and you should display it using reliable signals. Make sure your website is protected with SSL Encryption. An SSL will make use of the HTTPS protocol that encrypts sensitive data to ensure safe processing. Another way that works as a confidence booster is to use various sorts of trust signals like a money-back guarantee, a lifetime guarantee, or a free trial guarantee. Complying with PCI-DSS requirements is a shred of persuasive evidence about protecting cardholder data. The term PCI Compliance comes from the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. All merchants that accept credit cards on their websites need to assess their compliance annually. There are 12 requirements with 220 sub-requirements in total, check it out here
  • Poor website navigationTo say goodbye to the situation of high traffic but no sales, start to navigate your store like a customer. Then, check whether you are facing these common problems related to online navigation. Firstly, to get things right, try to keep product categories and subcategories simple and direct. Secondly, you should make your site easy and avoid unnecessary complexities as the deeper the navigation is, the more likely visitors will become disoriented. Thirdly, categories do help visitors navigate your store easily, but too many of them are overwhelming. In this situation, optimizing your site search and filtering would be a game-changer.
  • Not friendly for the mobile experienceCompared to desktop, mobile commerce has to face more UX challenges because of the limited screen area. So now we want to ask you a question: are you sure your online store is mobile-friendly? If your answer is a big NO or you are not sure about that, it’s time to figure out how to convert more visitors into buyers by optimizing the mobile experience. These are 5 tactics for you to implement mobile conversion optimization: Integrate digital payment methods; Give them a more concise menu that highlights key products; One call-to-action (CTA) per page; Reduce pop-up usage, and use white space and increase the line spacing if you add text which will make your content much more readable without losing its value.

This is all we have to say, if my answer helped you, please like and accept it as a solution!
