Need a specific app: Buy X, Get Y% Off

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows of an app that allows me to create a percentage-based "Buy X, Get Y% Off" discount.

I want to apply: Storewide 10% off on all products, and 30% off on the second product

—applied automatically at checkout.

The 30% off will be apply on the cheapest item.
