Heya all,

Have a very good experience on posting my website a week back and taken into consideration all the feedback I received (which is I'm very much greatful for).

Currently have 200+ visitors on my site without any luck on sales. I've tried google ads, facebook marketing and planning to try Instagram also. Would appreciate any feedback on what's wrong on my site as to why I'm not having any sales. I know it's a long a hard path, just want some feedback on how I can improve. mikhailandkaiden.com

As always, thanks in advance for any feedback.

Hi there,

Nick here from Shopify. ?

Great work on your store so far, I can see you've put a lot into it. Let's look at some ways that you can take it one step further moving forward.

  • One aspect of a store which I feel is really important is a logo. it's how a lot of brands are associated with people and how they are recognised. You mentioned you are looking to focus more on some social media marketing and having a distinct logo is something I would strongly recommend before going any further with it. Shopify has a great blog post on the importance of a logo and some logo makers which you can see here. A popular and much more cost effective option is fiverr.com.
  • Great to see your "About Us" page. The concept of telling a story through a store is something which is very effective that has seen some online stores become very popular from doing. Taking your "About us" a step further and telling your brand story maybe through a blog or even a podcast
  • Organic Instagram engagement is a very effective way to find and build an audience and something I would recommend to all store owners. By finding the people who are interested in what you are selling and creating conversations with them and discussing without the idea of a hard sell can and will garner a fanbase. There's a very good podcast about this concept hosted by a successful Shopify Partner called Kurt Elster which you can listen to here

I hope these tips help and guide you on some of the next steps to take.

Nick
