I create my shopify store in last week of October 2023, and since then I had tried to solve almost all of my issues with my store. I have changed my website theme and settings, fixed my checkout and account payment issues, and also offering free shipping to my customers in United States now. I have spend almost 450$ in Facebook and instagram ad spend in last month of April and have got zero sales. and before that I have spend 500$ in ad in same social media, but was having same issue zero sale. I currently need help in sale conversion so I can take my store to a success. my shop website www.shophnh.com, and I had to create new instagram and Facebook page because of meta restrictions in my previous account I m sharing my Facebook and instagram link as well. the only order I have got is from my tiktok store (11 orders) and all are organic. 1 order came from the website as one of my friend helped me in starting. please help me, thank you.

This is an accepted solution.
You'll want to experiment on more marketing channels to see what works for your audience.
IG and FB are highly competitive, so if you did the ads yourself, you may want to consult with a professional marketer to dial in audiences, targeting, ad copy, etc. You are competing with professional marketers, so if you are not one, your chances of ad success are statistically low.
I would also try Google Shopping, those ads convert higher for most of the stores I've worked on in this regard.
Referral marketing is a great one to try too. I've seen success by experimenting with various marketing channels, then invest more in the ones that product a positive ROI.
Here are some more tips (I used to run a store, and been a Shopify partner for 10+ years in various areas): How to Figure Out Why You're Not Getting Sales on Shopify
Good luck

I did hire a professional and they seems to fail at meta as well, but good thing is that I have been getting organic sales through tiktok. can you tell me how can I get web conversions from tiktok, and I have one more question. my tiktok shop isn't connected to my tiktok account because of different region issue, so If I run ads on tiktok to my shop will I get sales and will people be able to view my ads.
Nice that's great you're getting organic sales on TikTok. One idea is to analyze that funnel, what's driving that discovery and success there, and figure out how to scale that.
I'm not familiar with TikTok from the user perspective, the only area I have knowledge in regarding TikTok is connecting TikTok Shop to Shopify stores, so not a good person to ask about marketing, but I'd guess there are guides and youtube videos outlining strategies there.
