@RanjithKumar1 ,

You have to live your store or it is in development mode or draft mode.

you should live your theme before the payment setting.

Hello, @RanjithKumar1.

If you are referring to adding a payment method for you to pay your Shopify invoices:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Finances > Billing.

  2. In the Payment methods section, do either of the following:

    • To add a new bank account, click Add payment method.
    • To replace a bank account, click the ... button beside the bank account, and then click Replace.
  3. If necessary, from Payment method type, select Bank account.

  4. Enter the account and routing numbers for the bank account that you want to verify.

  5. Enter the store owner's name, and designate the account type as Private or Business.

  6. Click Start verification.

You can read more details on this process here

If you are referring to adding payment gateways to your store for your customers to use: You can use this resource to search the country in which you are based, and based on this all the payment gateways options available to you will display. You can add these options by doing the following:

  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you have Shopify Payments enabled:
      • In the Shopify payments section, click Manage.
      • At the bottom of the page, click Switch to a third-party provider, and then click Switch to a third-party provider again to confirm.
    • If you don't have Shopify Payments enabled, then in the Shopify payments section, click See all other providers.
    • If Shopify Payments isn't available in your country, then in the Payment providers section, click Choose a provider.
  2. Select the provider that you want to use from the list.

    1. Enter your account credentials for the provider that you selected.

    2. Click Activate.

    3. Click Save.

You can read these steps in detail here. I hope this helps!
