We are a startup team incubated by MOGU, a NYSE listed company. WeShop is an ecommerce search and discovery platform. Our mission is to create a first stop shop for consumers to find comprehensive products with perks, and to enable independent brands to reach a global audience that appreciate their values. WeShop's beta version launches in November.

Preliminary proposed collaboration (for discussion): 

-WeShop features your products on its search platform, no commissions charged - we want our shoppers looking for reasonably priced products that deliver to find and go to your site

-WeShop's community will create user-generated reviews of your products, WeShop will purchase your products for these campaigns

-In return, you provides WeShop users with exclusive discounts only via WeShop. All benefits flow from you to WeShop users.

Requirement for brand/store partners:

-Annual GMV reaches 1 million USD

-Monthly active user reaches 50K

-Not selling counterfeit goods
