Hello @VeriVendi,
This is Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
- To maintain a good email reputation, ensure that your emails are not marked as spammy by avoiding excessive capitalization, too many exclamation points, or other common spam triggers. Additionally, make sure your emails contain valuable and relevant content for your subscribers.
- Check the sender reputation of both Klaviyo and Shopify. A poor sender reputation can lead to emails being marked as spam. You can use tools like SenderScore to check your sender reputation.
- Organize your email list according to subscriber preferences and actions. Deliver targeted emails to specific groups to enhance engagement.
- Set up proper email authentication records, including SPF (Sender Policy Framework) and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), for both Klaviyo and Shopify. These records aid email servers in verifying the legitimacy of your email communications.
- Ensure the cleanliness of your email list and maintain engaged subscribers by removing invalid or inactive email addresses.
- Implement a double opt-in procedure for newsletter sign-ups. This requires subscribers to confirm their subscription by clicking a confirmation link in an email, reducing the chances of fake or mistyped email addresses.
- Be cautious about the frequency of your marketing emails. Overloading recipients with too many emails too often can result in them marking your messages as spam.
- Keep a close watch on feedback loops provided by email service providers. These reports can assist in identifying and removing subscribers who consistently label your emails as spam.
- Verify that your emails comply with email marketing regulations such as the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States and GDPR in Europe.
- Continuously assess the deliverability of your emails by sending test messages to various email providers to gauge their reception.
Don't hesitate to seek assistance from Klaviyo and Shopify support. They may offer specific guidance and solutions to enhance email deliverability on their platforms.
