No Analytics registration on Live View Active Shopping Cart

This last week, we regularly see in the 'Live view' (same in phone App and web Admin dashboard) an Active Shopping Cart.

We don't see this Active Shopping Cart on our Shopify analytics page, we also don't see them in our Tiktik Ad Campaign as ATC

We did the proper Tiktok pixel tests and it should work correctly.

Is this an issue with the live view? Or, are both the Shopify analytics page and my Tiktok pixel not working after al?

Any ideas?
