No Conversions but high traffic

Hey ,

 

So I launched my one product store about 3 days ago zippycharging.com, it is based on the magnetic charging cable! 

 

I have launched Facebook ads 2 days ago, and currently have about 200-300 visitors daily, I also get a couple of add to carts and a couple of initiate checkout but no sales whatsoever! 

 

I offer free shipping and have a 30% sale going on, a customer can get an additional 10% off if they sign up with their email ! 

 

 

 

Am I missing something or am I doing something wrong?  Please help me.

 

To my Facebook ads I am running 2 view content facebook video ads which are doing quite well 

 

I also ran 2 purchase facebook video ads but they did not generate any purchases so I stopped them since I thught that I am throwing out money for no reason !

Thats great results. You might want to try working on retargeting ads/ email drip sequences for those who have already added to cart because those seem like the lowest hanging fruit for you!

Hey Phillip!

 

Here are some things to review with your ads:

  • Ad messaging to landing page match: Does what's promised on the Facebook ad match the landing page? 
  • Ad targeting: Are you running your FB ads to the right audience. Maybe test reconfiguring your FB ad targeting to reach a new audience
  • Setting up a dedicated landing page: With ads, it's generally best practice to set up a dedicated landing page built for conversions. Here you can do things like remove the navigation that will improve the CRO.

If you are struggling to get sales, you can start a referral program. Referral marketing is a cost-effective way to gain new and loyal customers. Because people are social creatures, individuals that are referred to your company are much more likely to remain loyal customers.

 

Start using a loyalty program and referral program to entice your customers. It will help you build a loyal customer base. You can give loyalty points to your customers on activities like signing up, allowing for web push notifications, make a purchase, visiting a store and many more. This will help in doubling the sales as when you give loyalty points to your customers they will come again on your store to make a purchase in order to redeem those points. You can give rewards to your customers to redeem those points.

 

You should add a chatbot to make sure you never lose any of your customers.
