Hey @Asfand-janjua.

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate that you have provided your online store URL for us to explore! Looking into your store, you could potentially make the homepage more interactive and engaging by adding a slideshow section directly under the header navigation menu. You can showcase your products in the slides - for example, you could add your favorite product or best seller to the slides. This can also allow your visitors to learn more about the business and products available as soon as they load into your online store.

I did notice that you are using the announcement bar to welcome your visitors to your store. I would suggest adding a discount code or free shipping offer to the announcement to create a buyer incentive. This can definitely get your visitors browsing through the available products.

You could also add Product Reviews to your product pages to allow your customers to share their experience. This is a great way to provide some extra security with your customers knowing that they can share their feedback.

Let me know what you think.

Hey @Asfand-janjua.

Thanks for the quick response.

Did you happen to have any specific questions, by any chance? You can make changes to the announcement bar by navigating to your Theme Editor and selecting the announcement section. I took a scresenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

Additionally, using the Theme Editor - you can add a slideshow section by selecting add section

Let me know what you think.

Hi @Asfand-janjua

I'm Garcia from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:

1. Change hero banner

The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website. Let's get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first.

There are 2 issues with the current hero banner:

  • It does not showcase exactly what you are selling.
  • It is cut off.

Thus, please change your hero banner as soon as possible to avoid a high bounce rate.

2. Add CTA button on hero banner

A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store.

With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc.

It’s such a loss when you missed a “Shop now” button on your banner. A CTA button here will urge visitors to make the purchase and it is a great way to optimize your home page.

And please rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to boost the conversion rate.

3. Optimize “Featured products” section

If the spacing from the “Featured products” section to the section above and below is increased on both top and bottom, your homepage would be much more ideal.

To make your store outlook even more professional, kindly adjust the each product detail to have the same height.

And personally, I would suggest you reduce the number of products displayed on this part to 3 items per line as it would be much more convenient for your customers to view the images and read the information.

4. Use color swatch

Product color swatches enhance conversion rate by reducing the number of clicks for customers to find the product they want. The shorter and easier a customer's path to the desired product is, the more likely they will make a purchase.

Another issue I noticed in this section is that the CTA button does not have good contrast between the text and its background.

You might want to switch the text color from red to white.

5. Reorder the footer

To help your customers easily navigate around the store, the footer is of great importance as well. You should recheck it as it’s now a little messed up.

6. Make full use of special events

I’d like to propose some ideas for the upcoming Back-To-School season as hereby

  • Create a selection of items specifically designed for students as part of a Back-To-School collection, which can be showcased on your website. This will enhance the browsing experience for customers, enabling them to conveniently find the items they require.
  • Attract shoppers by introducing promotions, such as discounts, complimentary items, or exclusive discounts specifically for students.

And that's my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate.

Cheers!

Hello @Asfand-janjua,

Good day! Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

Hope you are doing good. Here are few suggestions.

1. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product. Even sometimes by reading reviews, customers may look to understand whether your product will suit their particular situation and make the decision to purchase the product.
2. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
3. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
4. Use Trust Badges
Trust badges are crucial for every eCommerce store. Until people trust you with their credit card information, they won't make a purchase. A few ways to establish trust with potential customers are: Install an SSL certificate in your store, display small images of credit cards and other payment options, add social buttons that take your customers to your social media accounts, display your contact info (phone number, email address, and office address) prominently.
5. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
6. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.

7. Enhance your product pages by including a comprehensive and informative product description that highlights the key features and benefits of your product. This will entice potential buyers to make a purchase.
