SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
I started my Shopify store LovingAdornments.com about 2-3 months ago and have run multiple Facebook ad campaigns, but I haven't made a single sale yet. I'm unsure whether the issue lies with my ads, product, website, or targeting.
I've experimented with both broad and narrow targeting, but nothing seems to be working. I’m also not sure if my ads are set up correctly.
Can someone help me identify what might be going wrong and suggest what I should do next? Also, would hiring a Shopify Partner be a good idea considering my limited budget?
Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
As i have not seen your ads, targeting, etc., it’s hard to comment over those elements. We will discuss those too, in terms of how you can improve your ads.
But I did go through your website. I have some suggestions.
Try to go with professional images of your product in real-life scenarios. Click high-quality images, from multiple angles and use those.
Apart from that, I felt even for the brand protection package, you can go with some other high-quality graphics.
So, all in all, I feel your website can improve a lot. Take this feedback properly. We have all been there at first, and we learn only with experience : )
Coming to the ads part, all I can say is, for Facebook ads, you can go with Meta Advantage+ settings, etc. Those use Meta’s AI to automatically configure your targeting, budget, etc., and can get you optimal results.
Hope it helps : )

It’s frustrating to put in effort and see no sales. First, check if your website is optimized for conversions—clear product descriptions, trust signals, fast load speed, and a smooth checkout process. Also, analyze your ad data (CTR, add-to-cart rates, etc.) to see where users drop off. If possible, test organic traffic (social media, influencers) to validate product demand before spending more on ads. Hiring a Shopify Partner can help, but with a limited budget, focus on optimizing your store and ad strategy first. If you can share your store URL, I’d be happy to take a quick look!
I know it feels bad to spend money on ads and still get no sales. There could be a few reasons why this is happening, so let’s talk about it.
First, look at your website. Does it look nice and make people trust it? Are your product pages clear, with good pictures and easy-to-read descriptions? If your store doesn’t look good, people may not want to buy. Having customer reviews or proof that others like your products can also help.
Next, think about your ads. Who are you showing them to? Have you tried different groups of people? Are your ads interesting and clear? If people are not clicking on them, maybe they don’t like what they see. But if they do click and still don’t buy, the problem may be on your website, not the ads.
Also, check if your tracking is working. Do you have GA4 and Meta Pixel set up? Are people adding things to their cart but not checking out? Looking at what people do on your site can help you understand the problem.
Since you don’t know the exact issue yet, I suggest looking at your website data first. This will show if the problem is with your ads, products, or website.
Hiring a Shopify Partner could help, but it depends on your budget. If money is tight, try fixing your ads and website first before paying for extra help.
If you want, I can look at your site and give you feedback. Let me know how you’d like to go forward.
Looking at your website data will guide you through to know what is really wrong with your website and which one is more engaging, The tool i will recommend for you to use for tracking your website data is Google Analytics GA4.
If you need help setting it up, feel free to tell me and am always available to guide you through!
It sounds like your issue could stem from one (or a mix) of these factors:
1. Ad Targeting & Strategy – Test different audiences, use lookalike and retargeting, and ensure your messaging aligns with their interests.
2. Website Optimization – Ensure fast load times, a clear checkout process, high-quality product images, and trust signals (reviews, About Us page).
3. Product-Market Fit – If people click but don’t buy, your offer may not resonate. Research competitors and customer preferences.
