SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Hi gymknock, same problem here Im new to shopify and i think ive created a semi-professional store I recently made it public on 09/04/20 and have had good success driving traffic 613 online sessions but ive had no activity (searches, add to cart, register email, checkout, purchases) its like they clicked the link by mistake and leave immediately. Im wondering if anyone more experienced might be able to help the website is www.emperiumwatches.com any feedback is appreciated no matter how bad.
Edit: So ive checked google analytics and its up to 1000 ive spent about €100-150 on ads and still nothing(correct targeting, discounts, free shipping, etc...) and not only that but the average time spent on my store is 43 seconds which is terrible and the bounce rate is above average at about 68% hoping that posting this on other threads helps since no one responds to my posts.
I suggest you try these two tactics:
1. Give store visitors a clear overview of what you are selling
Above the fold area:
The above-the-fold area is important. Within 5 seconds, try to tell people what you are selling. The easiest way to do this is to describe shortly in your hero images about your product.
==> Suggestion: Replace the "Get Free Worldwide Shipping.." with a concise description, such as "Sportswear and Workouts Accessories"
Tips: This will also benefit your SEO.
Feature a broad range of product:
If you are selling men's, women's clothings, accessories, and lifting gears, featuring only clothings on the homepage is miss leading. People will take a quick scroll and assume that's all you have.
==> Suggestion: Instead of featuring many products within some collections, feature all the collections that you have, and right below the above-the-fold area.
3. Make it as easy as possible to evaluate the products.
Your products have many product images, which is good, but not enough. Make sure people have the basic information from your product images and description, just like when they shop offline.
Include 3 types of image:
Many of your product pages are doing well, but you might need to review some, this is an example:

Hello, this is a common complaint from store owners, but I have observed that most of their ads are not targeted ads, you should target specific people, people that are in your product niche and also age group, sometimes gender, that will increase traffic and conversion, and also you can use a conversion funnel to increase sales from your traffic(This has given promising results in the past).
My ads are targeted ive created multiple audiences and ad sets. However i have not heard of a coversion funnel would you explain this.
Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase.
