SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Hi! Can you please give me your opinion on why customers are coming to my site, but none of them is buying anything? I've tried my best to optimize my site and product pages to target my customer's demographic, but it doesn't seem to work. I am running ad campaign from Facebook to get more people to my site, but still no converting. Here is the link to my site: https://stayfitminitrampoline.com/
Hi @NgocLe1,
I am from Mageplaza - Shopify solution expert. I would be happy to review your website and provide feedback on the performance. Here are my recommendations to improve your UX/UI:
1. Adding promotional banner and section on Homepage
You should add seasonal banners for current promotions or collections (e.g., Summer Sale, Winter Collection) to catch the attention of customers.
Additionally, featuring sections like "Best Sellers" and "On Sale" on the homepage can drive attention to popular and discounted products, encouraging visitors to engage more with your site. Here is a reference:
2. Adding a FAQ page, help center, chat box
A FAQ page/ help center/ chat box that includes general information will address customers' concerns more quickly, encouraging them to buy your products. See a reference below:
I don’t see your ads so I can’t make detailed recommendations on your landing page. But here are some recommendations from “Databox”. You can check more in this article.
“When CTR is high but the conversion rate is low that indicates a problem with the landing page, which is most commonly due to a lack of effective calls-to-action (CTA) on the page. The solution is to create a clear CTA like a “Buy Now” or “Read More” button. The CTA can be a clickable image overlaid with a small amount of text or a simple button.”
I hope my suggestions are helpful. If you find it good comment, it would be appreciated if you could “Like” or “Mark as Solution”. Thank you and Good luck!

Quick tips: I have checked your website, try to look at competitors and see the difference yourself. That's all. Start running ads now to avoid wasting money. Check your 5 competitors' websites and compare them with yours. You will have an idea of what I'm talking about. Good luck!
It sounds like you're doing a lot of the right things by optimizing your site and running Facebook ads, but the challenge might be with converting traffic once people are on your store. It could be that there’s a disconnect between what your ads promise and the experience your visitors get on your site, or maybe potential customers aren’t feeling confident enough to make a purchase.
Hi @NgocLe1
I hope you're doing well.

I understand your frustration with attracting visitors but not securing sales. One potential issue could be the lack of customer reviews or testimonials on your site. They are important for establishing trust, and there's no loyalty without trust. Customer reviews and testimonials play a pivotal role in building trust, which is fundamental to driving sales. They serve as a form of social proof, showing potential buyers that others have had positive experiences with your products or services. When customers see authentic feedback from others, it reassures them about the quality and reliability of your offerings, reducing any perceived risk associated with the purchase.
Another issue could be attributed to poor SEO. Ensuring your site is well-optimized for SEO is also crucial as it can help attract the right audience organically. It's really about bringing in visitors who are already searching for what you offer. If your site isn’t optimized for relevant SEO-friendly keywords, it may attract an audience that doesn’t align with your target market, leading to low engagement and poor conversion rates. On the other hand, strong SEO practices ensure your site ranks for search queries that indicate purchase intent. Tools like Ahrefs can guide you in finding relevant keywords and improving your search rankings. Plus, you can analyze what your competitors are doing and what keywords they are using.
It's great that you have a blog - it's a fantastic addition to your site and can really help build authority. However, if you’re ranking 34th on Google for "adult fitness trampoline," it’s clear that your content needs some SEO optimization to drive more traffic. Focus on targeting long-tail keywords, structuring your articles with clear headers, and providing actionable, value-packed content that answers your audience’s questions directly. Without increasing your visibility, it doesn’t matter how good your products are, people simply won’t find you.
When SEO and customer reviews are working together effectively, they create a powerful combination of visibility and trust, leading to higher sales and stronger customer loyalty.
Adding tools like a loyalty app or email marketing platform, such as Growave or Klaviyo, can help you nurture relationships with your customers and encourage repeat visits to your site.
Good luck!
