Hi! Ive Gotten about 2k views on my website but no one bought anything. I bought a website revision on fiverr and still nothing. my website is kayliswonderland.com. Thank you

Firstly let me say congratulations on your beautiful store! It's looks fab. I am not familiar with Fiverr's website review - could you outline for me please what this involves? I went to kayliswonderland.com and I have a few suggestions which may help to get this moving for you:

  1. The first that hits me is that the image at the top of the landing page is very large - I have to scroll a couple of times to get "past" this image in order to see the store itself. It is a beautiful image - but I would consider making it shorter so the store can be accessed quickly and easily. 
  2. I do not see an "About us" page. This is a really important addition to a store front. Having an About Us Page allows your customers to get to you know and your store, and why they should buy from you. It helps to build trust and encourages loyalty too. I personally always look for this in a store so I feel it would be really worth adding one. We have this useful guide with templates for adding your About Us page. 
  3. Does your store have a social media presence? Facebook or Instagram pages for example? If not - you are missing a huge opportunity! Not only can these platforms be used to market and even sell your goods, but they can be linked directly to your store! This guide walks through how to use Social Media to your advantage on Shopify. 

I feel these changes could have a really positive impact on your store. Once everything on the store is exactly how you want it, the next thing we need to look at is your marketing plan. Can you outline for me please what your current marketing plan looks like?

Hi,

In addition to Ivy’s recommendations, you need to apply some urgency strategy such as “limited time offers”. People maybe interested in your products but maybe they say “I’ll buy it later” because there is nothing to push them to buy it now!

Not buying is not a good option nowadays instead we should buy thing online because the world has changed to online system rapidly because of COVID, so a lot of good brands are working online which has a very good quality. For example : Nike, Adidas , Harajuku store, Zara Gul, Engine etc.
