Not converting at all?

Hi there,

I recently launched my site www.kinkiminx.com on the Juicyads platform and receive on average around 500/600 visitors per day (total over 4 days 1900 visitors and had around 20 to cart but not one sale?

I have put offers on and free shipping and also made it multilingual and multi currency to accommodate but I’m racking my brains on what I am missing?

Any insight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Kindest regards
Huseyin

Hey @!

Cal here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us. I can't speak for the marketing platform that you are referring to, but I would suggest that not all traffic is equal. While getting traffic is indeed important, if you're not getting conversions then it's likely the wrong type of traffic to be directed to your business.

What marketing strategies have you tried out so far? Who is your target customer? Do you understand their behaviors when shopping? Are there are cheaper alternatives to your products on the market? Are you in a very challenging niche, and what set's you apart?

All of these questions are worth considering if you're finding conversions to be difficult. Let me know your thoughts!

Hi @KinkiMinx

20 add to carts on 2000 visitors (~1%), isn't terrible for traffic coming from an ad network; however, no sales from 20 add to carts is a bit concerning.

Two things to look at:

1.  Has it been more than a week since the add to cart action (sometimes it takes a few days before a checkout happens)

2.  Have your users been starting the checkout process at all?  If so, where did they fall off? (you should be able to see this data in Google Analytics)

Happy to chat more about conversion if you want to DM us

Best,
