Offering a free download with email list subscription.

Hi!

I'd like to offer a free digital download when someone subscribes to my email list. I have figured out how to send a link with the email confirmation notification, but I want them to only be able to access it once they have confirmed their subscription. I would like it to be automated, obviously. What apps can I use for this?

I am having a really hard time finding the right answers for this. Please help!

This is something that Drip (https://drip.com) or Klaviyo (https://klaviyo.com) both do well. ConvertKit.com is another option, but I recommend D or K.
