You can check the abandoned checkout email code and see if any code related to the old store name exists in the email code.

For doing this:

1. Login to your store
2. Click on "Settings" > "Notifications"
3. From the list of notifications click on "Abandoned checkout"
4. In the abandoned checkout notification "Edit Code" see if any code related to the old store name that exists.

I hope my suggestion will help you.

I'm not associated with a project but I thought I'd throw in some troubleshooting steps.

If I go to Automations > Abandon Checkout and poke around I notice there are a few possible options.

If the other comments don't help out, reply with the steps you take and a screenshot that includes where the name is incorrect.

It's likely drawing from the code like the other comments mention or a setting somewhere that didn't get updated. If it's the later then updating the source will fix everything. If it's the former then you might have a few other templates to fix as well.
