Hello @Kama1
This is GemPages - A powerful Page Builder. Regarding your question, I would like to give you some recommendations to support you:
- Go to the Settings > Notifications > Abandoned checkout
- Click Edit Code
- Check at the bottom of the Email body (HTML) field and find the code that talks about your old store name. After that, let's edit it
Hope my recommendation can work and support you!
Kind & Best regards!

I'm not associated with a project but I thought I'd throw in some troubleshooting steps.
If I go to Automations > Abandon Checkout and poke around I notice there are a few possible options.
If the other comments don't help out, reply with the steps you take and a screenshot that includes where the name is incorrect.
It's likely drawing from the code like the other comments mention or a setting somewhere that didn't get updated. If it's the later then updating the source will fix everything. If it's the former then you might have a few other templates to fix as well.
