Permission Error keeps disallowing me to launch campaign on TIKTOK

I am trying to create a new campaign for my shopify store on tiktok but there is a permission error that pops up every time I try to edit the new campaign. I really have no idea what I am doing wrong and I seem to have tried everything. Can someone please help me?

Hi Reims!

You should register your store (legal name of you or of the store and ss info) and then be aproved in order to create a new campaign (is for taxes)... If you are having more problems with tiktok ads I can help you, send me a DM on sucelsoriano.com if you want okay?

I am having this same issue with having permission revoked. When you say, "register your store", register with who? If it is a website I need to visit to register, can you include a link? Thank you for your time.
