I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out for assistance regarding an ongoing challenge with our website.

We recently received feedback from Google Merchant Center indicating that our 'Website or online store needs improvement' and that it 'Limits visibility of all products in the United States.' Despite our efforts to address this concern, the issue persists.

  • The website should have a domain name that matches the uploaded domain name.
  • There should be no broken links throughout the entire website.
  • Avoid the use of placeholder images or text on the website.
  • Ensure that product details and categories align with the information provided in the product data.
  • The website should not contain generic information and must include all crucial details about the products.

We've thoroughly reviewed our website to address these requirements, but unfortunately, the details provided are somewhat vague, and the issue persists. Has anyone encountered a similar situation or has insights into how Google provides specific information about identified problems on a site?

For example, everything looks discounted, Google does not allow this. You can only claim a discount if an item was sold at its original price in recent history. Otherwise this is considered misleading.
