Personalized messages with invites or messenger on Facebook.

Hey all, I can't find the setting if it's even possible to do this.

Someone shared my video ad on FB. I wanted to send a personalized message along with an invite to like my page to this person. I don't like auto responses.

I'd settle for sending one on messenger, but it doesn't look like I can message a non-fan from my page. Does the business page version have this function?

Appreciate any help on this.
