It's been two months since I started Shopify. However, only one order. How can improve sales?
Google Advertising and SNS marketing are currently underway, but the effect is not good.

Social Media Plugins: Integrating more social plugins on your website to increase traffic. Social media make your business visible and it expands conversion. Its a great way to connect with your new and existing users.

Check your website speed score performance also find the Pages Where You Lose the Most Customers. Convert More of the Shoppers Who Put Products Their Carts. Showcase How Popular Product Pages Are. Promote Offers With Push Notifications. Optimize Your Product Pages. look at the difference between your New Visitors and your Returning Visitors.
For most Shopify stores, your returning visitors will have a much higher conversion rate than your new visitors. Also ,you need to work on your website performance’s speed as I am also seeing it is very low. Low mobile page speed may kill your traffic and affect your conversion.

The design is very professional and well done. There are quite a few things which if added can make better conversions.
1. Add favicon to your store which is a small square image/logo that appears next to a web address. Favicon helps to strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website.
2. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional.
3. A FAQ would be useful!
4. Add social media for the store to increase the traffic
5. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
6. Add Contact Us page for better customer interaction.
7. Try to maintain the same image size while listing all products.
8. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.

1. Avoid using too many announcement bar
We suggest that you use only 1 bar, specifically for sales or discount announcement. Other information should be placed in other positions.
2. Avoid using blur images/ videos
In our end, we see that most of your head images are blur/ low quality. If you're sourcing products from other sites and they don't have many high quality images, then we suggest you choose only clear, neat ones to display on header section.
3. Add rating stars for review section
You mention that you have good sales on AMZ but not on Shopify so we highly recommend that you should use reviews from Amazon buyers to display on Shopify storefront. It'd be nice to have more than one review only. Also, don't forget to add rating stars when you display reviews.
4. Consider expressing your business through About Us page
One of the many effective way to increase trust and engagement for visitors is your About Us page. You can consider adding it on your menu bar so visitors could figure out more about your business.
