Pop up to show discounts

I am looking to put a pop up that pops only on specific product pages with a message only (no email forms). I would like the app to be both by time on page and exit intent

I'm not looking for  

• apps that grab email addresses
• apps that work on entry or exit of the website

I would appreciate any one can steering me to such an app.  thanks

The coupon popup will give visitors coupon code without requiring email on a specific page. You can set its trigger by both on-time page and exit intent. Please see this image below:No email required!
