Post Purchase email containing image of purchased product?

Hi,

Is there a way to include a reference/image of the recent product purchased by the customer in the first post purchase email. For example,

"Thank you for your recent purchase of "Aran Sweater" and it will have an image of the product. So Shopify would automatically reference whatever product was bought?

HI Daviso, 

In the process of setting up flows at the moment. I am able to add in products from my e-commerce shop, but am wondering if the system can automatically insert a photo with name of the recent purchase when sending a post-purchase email to a customer. I would also like to include the customer's name so the email is more personal. 
if you have any information about this, I would be very grateful.
