problem with facebook app

hi everyone, I really need help. Every time I want to install my Facebook pixel I always get this message which says: "I Could not load application" I easily install other applications but Facebook not. I don't know what the real problem is. Please I really need help

Hi, your pixel code is not an app, you simply copy from FB and paste into the settings page, will send a screen shot in a mo
