Problem with google tag manager

Hello,

I'm having an issue installing GTM in my store. I have the GA tag installed and working, but the google tag manager installation does not provide successful feedback.

I try to check if the tag is working directly from the GTM dashboard and the add-on to Chrome and absolutely nothing.

Is anyone having the same issue?
