Problem with H1 Title Tag and Snippet Tag - SEO

Hello dear community.

I am struggling with the search result that is shown on Google..

It is not what I entered at the Shopify Adjustment Setting. It seems like it just copies the first contents of my page...

Then i tried to change the code, as suggested here in order to fix my issue  but it is still not working. 

Please let me  know what I can do to fix this issue and change my H1 title and snippet as before.
