HI,
just started my first shop, and i ran into an error I cant solve.
" product didn’t publish to Facebook. View this product to see why."
when i checked the product it says : "make sure this product available to your online store and
isn't password protected".
my product is available and isn't password protected.
Meanwhile I pay for daily advertising, so please reply soon.

Hi, @Ori3

 

I understand how important it is to get this Facebook issue fixed, and I'm happy to help. 

 

When you open up the Facebook Sales Channel in your Shopify admin, is there a message on the right side of the screen stating that some products haven't been published on Facebook? If you click on those products, a page should appear that provides more information as to why those products weren't posted. Once you rectify the stated error, the products should be re-reviewed and then published. You can also check out this help document for more information. 

 

If you still have questions about why the products weren't published and what you could do to get it resolved, I'd be happy to look into this further with you. If you could share screenshots from your Facebook Sales Channel of the products that haven't been published, that would be super helpful. Thank you!
