Product Sets in Facebook > Product Type blank in Facebook

Hi all, 

I for the life of me can't figure out why our product types are not pulling through to Facebook Commerce Manager. We are using the new Facebook Integration and our products are pulling into Facebook but we can't create product sets in Facebook as the "product type" for each item is empty even though they are set in Shopify. 

Really grateful for any assistance on how to set this up correctly.

Same problem, it's so frustrating if you have thousands of product and cant manage it properly. Is it problem on shopify or FB side? Is somebody who is fixing this problem? Any suggestions for any workround?
