This usually means some info on your website is missing or incomplete.

And if your trust factors are low, Google would need more signals from  your website.

For example missing or incomplete business address.

Using an address where you are not locatd.

No reviews

Not having products stocked.

There can be many reasons, i recommend you start here: https://community.shopify.com/c/Ecommerce-Marketing/Checklist-Suspended-Google-Merchant-Center-Accou...

If your products have been rejected by Google Merchant Center due to a violation of the Misrepresentation policy, you will need to take action to resolve the issue before your products can be approved for listing on Google Shopping.

1. Review the Misrepresentation policy
The first step is to carefully review Google's Misrepresentation policy to understand the reasons why your products were rejected. The policy sets out guidelines for product data accuracy, authenticity, and transparency.

2. Check your product data
Review your product data in your Shopify store to ensure that it is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This includes product descriptions, pricing, images, and other relevant information. Make sure that your product data matches what is shown on your website and that there are no discrepancies.

3. Improve your product images
Product images are an important part of product data accuracy and can impact the approval of your products. Make sure that your images are high quality, show the product clearly, and match the product description.

4. Provide accurate and complete product information
Ensure that your product information is complete and accurate, including product titles, descriptions, and specifications. Provide detailed and accurate information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

5. Ensure authenticity of your products
If you are selling branded products, make sure that they are authentic and that you are authorized to sell them. Include relevant information about the authenticity of your products in your product data.

6. Contact Google Merchant Center support
If you have made the necessary changes and are still experiencing issues, contact Google Merchant Center support for further assistance. They can provide guidance on how to resolve the issue and get your products approved.

By following these steps and ensuring that your product data is accurate and transparent, you can improve your chances of getting your products approved for listing on Google Shopping.

Hi @Strmln

If your products have been rejected due to Google Merchant Center's Misrepresentation policy, it means that Google has found something inaccurate that violates its policy.

Here are some common reasons why products are rejected:

  1. Inaccurate product information: Ensure that the information you provide about your products is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This includes product titles, descriptions, images, and prices. Double-check that the product information on your website matches the information you provide to Google Merchant Center.

  2. Misleading promotions: Avoid using misleading promotions or discounts to attract customers. Ensure that the price you advertise is the actual price customers will pay.

  3. Unsupported claims: Don't make unsupported claims about your products, such as claiming they have health benefits or can cure diseases.

  4. Unacceptable business practices: Google Merchant Center has strict policies against fraudulent or deceptive business practices. Make sure that your business practices are transparent and ethical.

To resolve the issue, you should review the product information you submitted to Google Merchant Center and correct any inaccuracies or misleading information. You may also need to update the product information on your website to ensure that it matches the information you provide to Google Merchant Center.

Once you have made the necessary changes, you can resubmit your products for review. If you're unsure why your products were rejected or how to fix the issue, contact Google Merchant Center support for assistance or contact us.
