Merchants having a store outtage should consider pausing any active adspend campaigns until your site , checkout or admin is once again accessible.

There is an outtage affecting Admin , Checkout, Point of sale

So at least it seems shopify knows about it

If we can't access the admin, how are we supposed to pause it? Can't access it to pause it. I'm confused by this.
