Have I accidentally enabled this webhook, or are the apps already listening to it by default? While I was testing the activation of my WeBook, it only returned null (undefined) if console.log was used to print the response. I tried removing the app, and the webhook continued to function. Is it just me, or do apps automatically listen to this webhook?
The second query is: If I remove the app and already create a subscription to a webhook, do I need to recreate this subscription if the app is reinstalled, or can I keep it active already?
Hi @jeffhardy1
Webhook Activation: Webhooks are not automatically listened to by apps unless explicitly programmed to do so. If your webhook continued functioning after removing the app, it might be due to leftover configurations or an independent webhook subscription not tied to the app. Review your webhook subscription settings and server logs to confirm.
Webhook Subscription and Reinstallation: If you remove the app, the webhook subscription is typically deleted. When reinstalling the app, you’ll need to recreate the subscription unless the webhook's persistence is specifically coded in your system to survive app removal. Check your app's documentation or configuration for details.
If you have other questions, I will also answer them.

Daisy
