Discount Code is not being applied

Hi,

I am having a similar problem but the discount is set up as you just explained. We are offering the customer to buy 12 roses and get 18. They must add the 18 stems of any variety to get the discount. I am getting the following message: "BUY12GET18 discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart". Could you please let me know if something is set up incorrectly or why it is not working? https://scentifolia.myshopify.com/admin/discounts/915015008424.

In order to access the admin to review the discount code settings, we'll need to authenticate the account via live chat, email, or callback through the Shopify Help Center.

I was able to access the store from a customer's perspective, and it looks like the discount code is working. I added two variants of the ASHLEY product to the cart (one 12 (gift box) and one 18 (gift box)) and then applied the BUY12GET18 code at checkout, which worked for me as shown in the screenshot below.

Keep in mind that customers need to add both variants to the cart first before they can apply the discount code. If there are still specific products or variants that the code won't apply to, please let me know and I'd be happy to take another look. You can either share a screenshot of the discount settings here, or get in touch with our team through the Shopify Help Center so we can review the settings in the admin instead. We're happy to help either way!

I'm happy to help you resolve this. Can you please tell me a bit more about the promotion including which products or collections it applies to and the quantity required for each product? That way, myself and others in the community can test it out on the store.
