Refer a friend, win lifetime discount

Hi,

I am looking for an app that would give "the referer" lifetime discounts according to the number of referee he has :

For example :

• 1 referee : 3% discounts
• 2 referees : 6% discounts
• ...
• 7 referees : 20% discounts

I also would like that the goal of the referal program would be to create an account, and not make a purchase.

Question for you @foolitud ,

Let's say I'm a referrer and I spin up 20 other email addresses using an email generator and I invite my fake email buddies to sign up on your site. Would I get a 20% discount code available to me ?

This sounds like an easy way to game a system - especially considering that the goal of the program is to sign up. 

Maybe I'm missing some nuance here.
